How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel. If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly inside the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach uses OpenAI's models to analyze your logged workouts, fatigue levels, and goals to provide personalized recommendations. It adapts to your schedule and helps you balance strength training and running effectively.

Can I sync with my Apple Watch or Garmin?

Yes! Fiteek integrates with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect. Ensure you have granted Fiteek the necessary permissions in your device settings to allow seamless syncing of your activities and health metrics.
